Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary emdg@hotmail.co.uk
Refunds
Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Please advise if shorter route is required by emailing emdg@hotmail.co.uk.
The course will be clearly marked on the day with BLUE spray paint on the ground and blue signage. PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW ANY RED/WHITE TAPE.
Approx. 11 miles, open to all including children 10 years and under. We are looking at a shorter route for our younger/lead rein riders if required.
Catering available from Moor Than Burgers (ex EMDG member), supplying their own moorland meats.
Photographer Sophie Elton (we are looking to photograph our riders in front of Thoresby Hall).
ROUTE: The route will be marked out and instructions given at the time of departure.
Please follow the instructions from the stewards at all times.
N.B. When riding on the lawned areas at Thoresby, please do so at a walk as there may be members of the public in these areas. Thank you.

Groups of approximately 6 riders. We will endeavour to accommodate groups of friends. All riders must have finished their ride and be back at the parking field no later than 4.30pm as gates will be locked around the estate/ride.

Thoresby Estates, it’s owners or employees and the East Midlands Dressage Group, do not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever.
Riders ride entirely at their own risk.
Please note: all riders must have finished their ride and be back at the parking field no later than 5pm as gates will be locked around the estate/ride. Anything jumped is entirely at the rider’s risk as no jumping is stated in the schedule.
Riders MUST stick to the marked route.
Participants MUST show courtesy to other riders and must not gallop up behind and kindly ask to overtake when necessary.
